Because construction went on for over two weeks, we relocated our mobile office to the grounds. At peak times, over 100 members of our team were being coordinated, catered for and deployed in the surrounding stadiums. And at the same time further events were being organised and held – with equal success. The reason for this multi-tasking operation working time and time again can be credited to the dedication of our material planner, the commitment of our crew chiefs and the responsibility of our management.
Yet first and foremost it was thanks to our committed staff who gave their all to ensure that this project could be realised. And all at the same time as the Indoor Venue Season 2006.
Challenges? Yes, there were a few! They came in different forms during the Ärzte concert. The crew will likely never forget the hailstones that rained down on them while they were loading the video trailer at 3 in the morning.
